Recently, CSCEC has made steady progress on its major projects across Southeast Asia.
Malaysia: Chindata Group data center (MY06 & MY07)
Located in Johor Bahru, this data center will become the largest international data center in Malaysia upon completion. The MY06 and MY07 projects are currently in the pre-acceptance testing phase.
Malaysia: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, this mixed-use urban complex spans approximately 710,000 square meters and comprises three residential towers (54-58 stories), nine office buildings, and a shopping mall. The project is now entering the critical phase of structural construction, with rebar tying and concrete pouring progressing smoothly. CSCEC is committed to creating high-quality commercial and residential spaces, injecting new energy into Kuala Lumpur’s skyline.
Malaysia: Riverside Park project
Now in the standard floor construction phase, the project aims to set a benchmark for high-quality living. Upon completion, it will add a new livable landmark to Malaysia's urban landscape.
Thailand: Leedarson's technology industrial park
Located in Chachoengsao, this project covers an area of around 320,000 square meters. It will be used for the production of high-end energy-efficient electronic lighting, LED lights, electrical products, and intelligent control systems.
Thailand: Haier's new air conditioner factory
Situated in Chonburi Province, the new factory will cover approximately 168,000 square meters. Once completed, it will produce over 6 million air conditioning units annually, creating about 3,000 new jobs in the local community.
Thailand: Sungrow's power project
With a total area of 151,900 square meters (Phase I covering 64,800 square meters), this project will support Thailand’s energy transition and accelerate Southeast Asia’s carbon-neutral process. The project is currently undergoing the final acceptance phase.
Indonesia: Balmoral Tower Project
More than 200 construction workers are hard at work, meticulously shaping this 35-story tower, which will become a landmark luxury apartment building on Batam Island.
Indonesia: Homewell's factory project
Located in West Java, this project includes three standalone buildings and is set to become a modern industrial hub, driving growth in the region's manufacturing sector.
