Recently, the steel structure engineering for the Dubai Exhibition Center Expansion project, undertaken by CSCEC for the design, manufacturing, and installation, achieved its first successful hoisting.

The project, located in Expo City Dubai, UAE, encompasses a total construction area of approximately 77,000 square meters. Once completed, the facility will be capable of hosting 20 events of varying scales simultaneously, with a daily capacity to accommodate 50,000 visitors.
The expansion sections of the project are located on the north and south sides of the existing exhibition halls, with both sides consisting of exhibition halls, connecting corridors, and backstage facilities.
The main structure features a long-span truss design, with the largest truss spanning 120 meters and weighing 137.5 tons per unit, posing significant installation challenges. All structural fabrication and installation standards adhere strictly to British standards.
