Recently, the new National Assembly Building in Porto-Novo, Benin, constructed by CSCEC, successfully passed its final inspection. The acceptance committee, comprising representatives from Benin’s construction and real estate company—SImAU, the Ministry of the Living Environment and Sustainable Development, the National Assembly, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and other project stakeholders, conducted the inspection, marking the project's completion.
Located on the west side of the Stade Charles de Gaulle in Porto-Novo, Benin’s political capital, the project covers an area of 80,000 square meters with a total construction area of 37,564 square meters. The development includes a six-story main building and auxiliary structures. The unique palaver tree design of the main building is expected to become a new landmark in Benin.
