The 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) recently kicked off in Beijing, where CSCEC showcased its cutting-edge smart building equipment. Among the highlights were its unique urban renewal service model, the self-developed CCM prefabricated concrete modular system, the Linker intelligent construction site management system, MIMO radar for building deformation monitoring, and a grout sleeve fullness detector, all on display at the Shougang Park in Beijing in the engineering consulting and architectural services section.
During the event, CSCEC held a special launch for its grout sleeve fullness detection and evaluation technology, introducing new urban renewal construction equipment, including the grout sleeve fullness detector.
CSCEC’s independently developed detection and evaluation technology uses a gas-based volumetric method to ensure non-destructive testing of grout sleeve fullness, a key factor in construction quality control. The technology, along with the grout sleeve fullness detector and supplementary materials, boasts high precision and minimal margin for error, effectively solving long-standing challenges in managing grout sleeve integrity during construction.
