Recently, CSCEC was invited to attend the China-Algeria Economic Forum in Setif organized by the Chinese Embassy in Algeria and the government of Setif Province. This forum is the second China-Algeria Economic Forum following the one in Oran in 2023.

During the forum, Chinese and Algerian companies learned from each other. CSCEC delivered a speech, showcasing its cooperation achievements in Setif over the years. The company has undertaken key projects in Setif, including the cancer hospital in Setif, the university city in Setif, and the affordable housing project in Setif. CSCEC expressed its willingness to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with local enterprises, and actively undertake social responsibilities, so as to achieve common development.

The China-Algeria Economic Forum aims to further deepen bilateral cooperation and promote the prosperity and friendly development between China and Algeria. Mustapha Limani, Setif's Provincial Governor, Li Jian, Chinese Ambassador to Algeria, Mr. Hamsi Said, Head of the Algeria-China Parliamentary Friendship Group, Setif's Mayor, as well as nearly 300 people including President of the Association of Chinese Enterprises in Algeria and President of Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Algeria Zhuang Zhenlong, attended the forum.
