Recently, CSCEC unveiled the list of its first batch of industrialized products, which includes 11 major products, such as the "building good house", and launched a special column to introduce the fifth theme - Low-noise, high-efficiency de-icing air-source heat pump—combining quiet operation with energy-saving benefits.
To address common problems with traditional air-source heat pumps, such as high noise levels during daily use and frosting issues during winter, CSCEC has independently developed low-noise, high-efficiency de-icing air-source heat pumps. This innovative solution tackles both noise and frosting challenges, enhances heating comfort, and optimizes energy consumption.
The product is applied in the expansion and renovation project of Guangyuan Panlong Airport, Sichuan
By restructuring the thermal cycle into a reverse Carnot cycle, the product increases the heating capacity during de-icing from -663 kW to 315.7 kW. Additionally, it reduces the water temperature fluctuation from 11.4°C to just 3-4°C, improving overall energy efficiency by 9.3%.
To address the noise concerns, CSCEC developed a comprehensive solution incorporating wide-frequency soundproofing and noise-absorbing technologies, achieving a noise reduction of 12 dB(A).
The product has been successfully applied in the low-carbon renovation project of China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp. Ltd’s second office area. In actual operation, the product has reduced heating source operation costs by 320,000 RMB annually, with a cost-saving rate of approximately 47%. Furthermore, it has decreased annual carbon emissions by 84 tons.
