Recently, CSCEC unveiled the list of its first batch of industrialized products, which includes 11 major products, such as the "renovating old house", and launched a special column to introduce the second theme - Renovating old house with features of safety, comfort, sustainability and intelligence.
CSCEC, leveraging its self-developed intelligent prefabricated technology, has crafted a comprehensive solution based on the full industrial chain of "investment - research - design - construction - operation." The company has also developed 12 new technologies, 16 new products, and 6 new processes, allowing the transformation of old houses into spaces with optimized utilization and overall enhanced quality.
In addition, CSCEC offers services for "old house renovation" and "partial renovation" through a full-service chain that includes design, basic renovation, main material procurement, and soft furnishings. This one-stop service ensures a seamless home improvement experience. The company’s two house renovation experience centers, located in Beijing and Shanghai, have already begun full operations.
The "old home renovation" product provides comprehensive services for outdated residences, including design, demolition, procurement, construction, customization, and soft furnishings. Meanwhile, the "partial renovation" product offers tailored services such as elderly-friendly, child-friendly, storage upgrades, and overall quality improvements, addressing common issues in home renovation projects, such as long construction periods, disturbances to residents, low space utilization, and insufficient environmental-friendly materials.
