Recently, Khady Diène GAYE, Minister of Sports of Senegal, visited the ongoing rehabilitation works on four Senegalese stadiums.

The project involves the renovation and upgrade of four stadiums: Leopold Sedar Senghor in Dakar, Aline Sitoe Diatta in Ziguinchor, Lamine Gueye in Kaolack and Ely Manel Fall in Diourbel. Among them, Leopold Sedar Senghor will serve as the main venue for the 2026 Youth Olympic Games. The project team has restored the stadium's event-hosting capabilities through systematic renovation and intelligent upgrades.
