Recently, the Phase II C3 office building of the Polygroup Project in Indonesia was successfully topped out.

The project

The project is located in the Kendal Industrial Park - Central Java, Indonesia. It is the largest industrial plant undertaken by CSCEC in Indonesia and the third EPC project in Central Java. With a construction area of approximately 306,700 square meters, the project is divided into four phases, comprising a total of 26 buildings. The buildings serve various functions, including finished product production, semi-finished product production, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, boiler rooms, substations, fire pump rooms, natural gas metering stations, and guardhouses.
