Recently, a delegation of 22 students and professors from German universities visited Egypt's CBD project in New Administrative Capital constructed by CSCEC for an exchange and learning session.

During the visit, the delegation toured a model apartment on the 12th floor of Residential Building D05. Project staff briefed the delegation on the apartment's size, number of rooms and bathrooms, as well as the materials used for interior decoration. Additionally, explanations were provided regarding the building's mechanical and electrical systems, alarm systems, fire protection systems, cooling systems, and power distribution systems.
