The project consists of 60 wind turbines and one 220 kV booster station. The wind farm covers an overall area of approximately 322 square kilometers, with an elevation between 1050 meters and 1180 meters. The hub center of the wind turbine stands at 108 meters, and the blade length is 91 meters, with a swept area equivalent to three football fields. The total installed weight is 535.8 tons.

The overhead line passes through the edge of Chagan Lake, where a large number of wild birds inhabit. To ensure ecological balance, the project team adopted a low-noise equipment construction plan, reducing the impact on the surrounding natural environment, achieving harmonious coexistence between the wind farm and the pastoral.
