With a total construction area of 123,000 square meters, the project consists of 20 garden villas with 5 to 11 floors. With a floor area ratio of only 1.6, the project provides pleasant surroundings.

The project shows a grand and harmonious atmosphere through the application of gable-on-hip roof, an ancient Chinese architectural roof pattern. The body of the building is composed of large-panel glass and stone materials with metal lines. The elegant style in the Song Dynasty is presented through modern methods and techniques, and the modern oriental minimalist aesthetics are shown through the combination of ancient and modern wisdom.

The project team represents the ideals of canal towns in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River to the biggest extent, and builds a green residential community with high-quality life experience.
