Recently, CSCEC’sprojects in Vietnam, such as the JD Logistics Parkproject in Tan Duc Industrial Park in Long An province, the De La Sol (Summer) project, and the Tan Thuan Plant project, have seen new construction outcomes.

JD Logistics Parkproject in Tan Duc Industrial Park in Long An province

The JD Logistics Parkproject in Tan Duc Industrial Park in Long An province has recently passed the completion acceptance. As the first self-run overseas investment project by the Jingdong Group, the logistics warehouse covers an area of 101,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 59,300 square meters. The main body of the warehouse is composed of two steel structures, and the project includes modern logistics infrastructure and other supporting infrastructures.

With a height of 13.4 meters, the warehouse is located in Tan Duc Industrial Park in Long An province of Vietnam. It also enjoys a good geographical position and convenient transportation as it is very close to the major transport hub and metropolitan area of Ho Chi Minh City.

After completion, the Logistics Park will further boost the local economy, help Chinese logistics firms accelerate layout in Southeast Asia, and contribute to the rapid development of e-commerce business in Vietnam.

De La Sol (Summer) project

The De La Sol (Summer) Project in Vietnam has been officially licensed for water and electricity supply. Located in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, De La Sol enjoys not only convenient transport facilities but also a good view of the city scenery. With a construction area of 120,000 square meters, the projectfully integrates the natural and community landscapes, allowing residents to enjoy a green, ecological, high-quality living atmosphere.

Tan Thuan Plant project

Currently, the main structure of the Tan Thuan Plant in Vietnam has been completely capped. Located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, the project is a 3-story industrial plant covering a construction area of 52,300 square meters.

Aftercompletion, the plant will further boost the growth of the local economy, increase warehouse capacity, build a modern transnational supply chain and value chain for trade, logistics, and warehousing, and promote the prosperity of Sino-Vietnamese trade.

Cardinal Court (C13B) project

The main structure of the Cardinal Court (C13B) project in Vietnam has been capped. Located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, the project is positioned as a high-end and comfortable commercial residence with a total construction area of 42,800 square meters, mainly including 2 single buildings. As the first green building of the owner unit, it has been praised and recognized by local units many times.

Saigon South International School (SSIS)project

The South Saigon International School project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is currently in the basement construction stage. Located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, the project has a building area of about 20,700 square meters. SSIS is a member of the East Asia Regional Council of Schools (EARCOS), the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the South East Asia Student Activities Committee (SEASAC), and the Mekong River International Schools Association (MRISA). It is also fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and has a good reputation.
