CSCEC's business briefing from January to September 2022 was officially released. The total value of newly signed contracts reached 2,726.7 billion yuan, an increase of 11.2% over the same period of the last year.

In construction business, the value of newly signed contracts reached 2,454.3 billion yuan, an increase of 14% over the same period of the last year. Among them, the value of newly signed contracts for housing construction reached 1,777.5 billion yuan, an increase of 8.8% over the same period of the last year, the value of newly signed contracts for infrastructure reached 667.5 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 30.9%, and the value of newly signed contracts for survey & design services reached 9.3 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 3.7%. From the market perspective, the value of newly signed contracts for construction in China reached 2,378.9 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 15.4%, while the value of newly signed contracts for construction outside China reached 75.4 billion yuan, with a year-on-year decrease of 17.2%.

In real estate business, the value of sales constracts reached 272.5 billion yuan and sales area reached 10.98 million square meters. The land bank at the end of the period totaled 91.66 million square meters, with newly acquired land reaching 9.22 million square meters.
