On April 19, Asem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing of Egypt, visited the CSCEC's Central Business District (CBD) project in Egypt's New Administrative Capital. This is the first time that Asem El-Gazzar visited the site to inspect and guide the work in 2021 after going to the CBD project five times in 2020. Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing of Egypt, Ihtiman, Representative of NUCA owner, Ahmed Bedeir, General Manager of Dar Al Riyadh Group, and responsible persons of CSCEC accompanied the inspection.
Asem El-Gazzar listened to the work report on the construction of the project, conveyed the care from President El-Sisi and Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly for the progress of the CBD project, and fully appreciated the efforts of CSCEC to overcome various difficulties and ensure construction efficiency and quality. He stressed that to further speed up the construction progress of CBD project. The owner, supervisors and other relevant parties should cooperate closely, speed up the process of examination and approval of materials and drawings, and provide all convenient conditions for the project.
Asem El-Gazzaralso went to the CBD project construction site, got on to the D01 residential building which had been constructed to 35 floors, overlooked the overall construction of the CBD project, and affirmed and appreciated the achievements made by CSCEC over the past year.
