China State Construction Engineering Corporation mainly operates in investment and development (real estate, construction financing and operation), construction (housing and infrastructure), survey and design, new businesses (green construction, energy conservation, environmental protection and E-commerce) and many other key priority areas of building construction. Beyond projects and properties anchored in every part of China, we have extended our global presence to more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. In recent years, China State Construction has implemented global development strategy, actively participated in “The Belt and Road Initiative”， constantly strengthened the innovation-driven development, sped up the transformation and upgrading, achieved high-quality development, and recorded high economic indicator in consecutive years. In 2018, China State Construction saw its new contract value up to RMB 2.63 trillion, with the operating revenue of RMB 1.2 trillion and the total profit of RMB 71.79 billion bringing our world ranking to 21st on the Fortune Global 500 in 2019, maintained the position of the largest investment and construction group over the world for years, and was rated A by S&P, Moody and Fitch, the world’s highest credit rating in the global construction industry.
