Aiming to strengthen training for young entrepreneurs and enhance key cadres' entrepreneurship and capability as professional managers, CSCEC has held improvement camps, growth camps, and incubation camps for young entrepreneur training. In 2022, it completed the first growth camp and opened the second improvement camp with 19 participants, growth camp with 30participants, and incubation camp with 35 participants.
