The first phase of Ankang Yuan, built by CSCEC,is part of the urban renewal of Shanghai's Jing'anDistrict. In over three years of construction, CSCEC first relocated and then reintroduced five historicbuildings with a history of 90 years and upgradedtheir underground space, solving the conflictsbetween development and the protection of historicbuildings.
