The surveying robot independently developed by CSCEC is applied in road engineering and is able to autonomously level measuring instruments, record road coordinates, and generate a map with an accuracy of 2 mm. It is over 10 times more efficient than point-by-point manual measurement, significantly reducing the workload of road construction surveying.
