The construction managers, "X-MEN" robots, independently developed by CSCEC, record distance and location data through the LiDAR mapping and positioning system as they move around buildings. In this process, three-dimensional building images are generated in real time to help check construction quality and calibrate the position of electromechanical cables. After delivery of the construction, robot inspections can present the structure inside the wall to help avoid damaging internal steel bars or water and electricity lines.
