Located on the bank of Xinglong Lake in Tianfu New District, the CSCEC Binhu Design Headquarters (CSCEC Low Carbon Intelligent Demonstration Office Building) was designed by using BIM (Building Information Modeling), with a total construction area of 78,000 square meters, or 39,000 square meters above the ground. It is a demonstration project under the national key R&D plan "green building and building commercialization", and is the first nearly zero carbon building in Chengdu.

The CSCEC Binhu Design Headquarters has set an example for green construction and operation, contributing to cultivating a green and low-carbon culture.
