In Egypt, CSCEC, together with the China International Contractors Association, has launched the UWB College (UpWe Build) in Egypt. It is dedicated to developing the skills of young workers, upgrading the skills of managers, stimulating the vitality of Egypt's construction industry, improving local infrastructure, and promoting Egypt's economic and social development.

From 2021 to the end of 2022, the UWB College (UpWe Build) in Egypt held 62 training sessions for 2,290 participants, who in turn supported high-quality project completion as scheduled. It showcased China's construction culture and technology.
