In 2022, the Punggol Northshore HDB Flat C3 project undertaken by CSCEC was completed. The five main buildings were arranged in a U-shape, surrounding a large ecological landscape platform. Facing the sea, all buildings and the ecological landscape platform were connected through the elevated landscape corridor, forming a livable and highly connected waterfront smart community.

The project won the Excellent Award for Building Safety and the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Award, making it the third HDB flat project of CSCEC to receive the awards.
